You tell us what your access rules are and we will apply those rules, only escalating issues where clarification is required.
All tasks are tracked and managed through the online LookatmeDAM™ Support Portal so you can get both a high level and a detailed view of everything going on, 24/7.
User management tasks
Registration and Order Approvals
95% of Registrations and orders that do not require escalation to the client will be assessed within 3 business hours.
LookatmeDAM™ will respond to enquiries from local and international users regarding access eligibility and usage and users’ technical difficulties. Responses and escalation where required to the client per business rules.
Image location assistance
When requested, LookatmeDAM™ will assist internal and external clients to locate assets of requested subject matter. LookatmeDAM™ will search the collection on behalf of the user.
Metadata and item management tasks
Uploading images and videos from USB drives, cloud repositories or file transfer services.
Adding keywords based on industry best practice.
Metadata upload from .csv file supplied to LookatmeDAM™ specifications.
As briefed and agreed between the client and LookatmeDAM™ for particular tasks.
LookatmeDAM™ will archive images and provide annual archival data for lodgement on request.
Custom metadata management and editing requirements as briefed and agreed between the client and LookatmeDAM™ for particular tasks. For example: special private album editing for specific user groups, bulk description or location changes.
